About Trish on a Dish

Growing up, this is the name I would hear every time I arrived for a holiday dinner. Who knew the name would stick? This blog is where I share my experiments and explorations in ingredients, products, and cooking. In addition, the "Favorite Products" tab has a store where you can look at some of the products that I have found particularly helpful in the kitchen. (And if you happen to purchase anything, I will receive a small commission, and I thank you for supporting my blog!)
